Multiple "Guard" effect on one ally?

What happens when more then one player use "Guard" ability on an ally? In other words, can someone have multiple "Guard" effect on him at the same time?

Would it reduce the damage taken by 75%?

50% goes to one "Guarding" ally, then the remaining damage is again divided by 50% going to the other "Guarding" ally, totalling a total of 75% damage reduction?

impossible, in current game.

having guard on you prevents another guard being placed.

Having a guard active on someone also prevents you from being guarded yourself, so you cannot chain-guard.

All very good design decisions imo

If you try it, you will get an error message.
