There is a character transfer service to another server? if not, whether she planned to implement? I want to move to another server and character to level and make progress for too long.

Nothing right now, could be one in the future. It seems like something they are working on, but many servers are also leveling out in terms of player numbers and queues so it's hard to say. It's not something you should rely on at the moment, though, because it could be awhile before servers transfers are available.
