I have quite a few stronghold decorations, but when I open the window the only items it's showing me to have are the Gambler's Bar and the subscription mount. When I click on show all unlocked, it doesn't even list the items I currently have out in my stronghold.

If you recently used the search function, you may have encountered a small bug - sometimes, even though you've 'cleared' the search box, it acts like there's still something in there. The immediate solution is to put a space in the search box. Also logging out (and back in) may clear it up.
