I'm looking for a Curved Lightsaber Hilt Drop/Reward. I've heard that there are some that drop for the Tatooine Bonus Series but, nothing to confirm that statement made by someone in the general forums.

 

I did a Search on Google and came up pretty much empty. If anyone knows where a Jedi Knight can get a Curved Hilt, it'd be very appreciated.

Columi tanking saber on the Imperial side is curved. Soresus Razor I believe it is called. I still have it for my tanking set..so I know its curved. Not sure if it's the same on Pub side.

They're other versions of this saber you can get later on in the game at higher levels, but they are lightside restricted. There is another curved saber hilt in the game, http://www.torhead.com/item/eedP1Vc/lord-kalligs-scorching-lightsaber#screenshots;view:7226 but as far as I know this is only available to players on the empire side.

Also, this lightsaber isn't curved exactly, but it is one of the more rare and elegant variations in the game http://www.torhead.com/item/fMENIDb/blade-adepts-lightsaber#screenshots. This also drops from Kilran in the same flashpoint.

Thanks for you help.. I'm looking for the curved LS that has a major curve at the bottom of the hilt. Darth Bane is my Favorive Sith. So that's the reason i really want one.

It is an impressive design, perfect for the development of rare combat forms. Have you considered the use of the vibro-sword? The ancient designs predate the creation of the light-saber, in the records of the order. It is true, they serve a different function, and are more commonly carried by force sensitives, or bounty hunters. Though, sometimes a lightsaber reveals more than intended. Sword design, dose hold a connection, to the famed jedi houses of legend. The creation of the star blades, is only one such history .

Yet so dissapointing when you see it in game and your character is holding it backwards.

 

The hilt should curve away from you, not towards you like the idiot devs have it.

The purpose of the curved hilt is both to provide a more secure grip for powerful slashing attacks, as well as lowering the blade angle when thrusting.
