We have one progression team - Rancor - currently on Dxun MM (3/6), but there is a lot of interest in the guild for 2nd progression team and no one to lead it. So we are looking for a RL ideally with a lot of raid experience. Personal qualities - organizational and leadership skills and patience You need to talk and understand English You as a RL will be able to choose the target level of ops (VM or MM) and we will build the team accordingly. You can choose side for the raids REP or IMP. You can choose the raid days and start hour. The decision who will be in the team will be done by the RL as well. The team will get repair funds from the guild. Possibility to share lockouts if relevant. Possibility to join 16M ops VM/MM level.
