The new fade ins on the cool downs suck! I used to be able to see what will be usable at a glance, but not anymore. Here's an idea, test things like this out on different monitors before deploying. Here's another idea, offer the ability to toggle it back the way it was. I personally prefer to be able to watch the combat some...now I instead have to practically stair at the icons to attempt to get off prompt attacks.
