i dont have crew skills that would cover with companion bonuses thats why im asking - maybe i should change them ?

so +[craft skill name] efficiency = reduces the craft time ? so lets say 5 wil lreduce tiem by 5% ?

and what about [geathering skill] Critical chance - chance to get higher quality yield? the number equals to % chance ?

also does affection impact cew skills / bonuses?
