Storm-Cutter
So long as it has good stories and interesting characters I'm on board. However I don't want to see too many tie-ins with other SW stuff. - Some of those are getting a bit stretched. - Looking at you R2D2, C3PO, Lando, Maul, Leia and such. Clone Wars and Rebels are very enjoyable - and it's a nice easy way to get younger kids into SW without having to explain a whole galaxy of out-of-chronological sequence backstory. TalonVII
Saw that updated trailer. Looks a TAD better but still not quite feeling it. Really wish we could of had a Wraith Squadron team. A squadron of misfits that become the terror of the first order. See training missions like bomb runs, mock dog fights, jockeying to be the best in the squadron. Instead we have a bunch of people racing with the occasional attack for no reason. Yeah this show feels disjointed. But we'll see. Rebels had a rocky start then found its legs. LukeRedwalker
I really think people are hating it bc it is not "their" Star Wars, even tho Star Wars is literally for everyone. Tho this show and another one I can think of is intended mainly for kids. Edited September 28, 2018 by LukeRedwalker
DarthDymond
For anyone interested who hasn't seen it yet, they released an extended trailer in advance of next weekend's premier. Most notable aspect, IMO, is that it features a lot more of the First Order than we've seen previously:
AdornedBlood
Oh and anyone notice how the so called good guys in the Resistance are violent authoritarians? Look at one of the 'heroes' throwing a character off a building. Why does this even surprise you? Take a look at Chemish Or ( IA class story on Balmorra), she murders a man in cold blood and nurses some serious homicidal urges . Take a look at Zenith ( JC class story on Balmorra), he is a derailed person willing to do whatever to achieve his goals, including to drug president Galthe to make him coherent enough to name Tai Cordan as his successor.
