Okay maybe it's too late to step foward with this suggestion, but bringing back Yudrass (that Chiss NPC from Imperial Hoth) would be a great idea, if the Alliance loses some personnel like Admiral Aygo (who's been far too loyal to the Republic imho). Yudrass would be the perfect fit as the new military expert of the Alliance and he's Chiss, so he's probably a military mastermind or at least a very cunning commander. Since Yudrass was aligned with the Empire on Hoth I'd think it makes a lot of sense if he has fully joined the Empire's ranks and gets a transfer to Odessen. He's still an alien, so I guess he wouldn't have much of an career on the Imperial core worlds, but his genius could be used in other ways. Sending him to Odessen would be a smart move, since the Alliance commands only a small or mid-sized force these days, something along the lines of the Imperial forces on Hoth. Using smart strategies instead of overwhelming force would be the best way to move forward.
