ceryxp
It is a BitRaider / streaming client thing. There are a few solutions. First is to try setting the game to run in Windows XP Service Pack 3 compatibility mode (see Quickplay Issues). Second, check if it is an issue with the BitRaider service. https://answers.ea.com/t5/Troubleshooting-Guides-Info/GUIDE-Launcher-Stuck-at-0-or-100-Complete/m-p/5282877#M28 Third, and this is the nuclear option, is to expunge BitRaider from your system and switch to the non-streaming client, which does not have this problem (or any of the other problems common to BitRaider). If you go this route be aware that you need to follow the steps very closely and it will involve downloading the game again. https://answers.ea.com/t5/Troubleshooting-Guides-Info/Guide-How-to-Switch-to-Non-Streaming-Launcher/m-p/4867417#M27 Hopefully the first or second link will work for you, but because there are a number of things that can go wrong with the streaming client, issues that can come up out of nowhere for seemingly no reason, you may want to switch to the non-streaming client just to avoid those potential headaches.
