Hello, my PC resolution setting is 1920x1080 but when i try to begin playing the game, the game defaults automatically change and the game does not open. The game resolution for some reason changes to a different resolution that even changes the resolution on my PC. What keys do i press to have the game settings change to 1920x1080 . I want to get into the game graphic settings and change them to 1920x1080. Customer support did tell me what keys to press that will open that in game graphic setting but i do not remember. I know it was ctrl and another key but i dont remember.

I resolved that issue, customer support told me to press the "alt enter" keys which will make game resolution go into Windows mode and on 1920x1080 as i need.

Yes, there are a few modes of the game, "Fullscreen" and "Fullscreen (windowed)" you can set it up in the Graphic section of the game. The thing is that you get higher and better performance with "Fullscreen" however it then bothers the PC much more when you are "alt tabing" to other screens so that is why windowed version is there.
