They weren't enslaved. More like opressed, but the Sith started willingly worshiping the Dark Jedi soon enough, seeing them as gods.

That being said, the Emperor's biological father was Sith, but his mother was (most likely) human. So he is like.. 1/4 Sith considering that in those times the "purebloods" weren't all that "pure" already.

The book says he is Pureblood, but after performing the ritual that made him immortal (absorbing all energy on a planet, to include life energy and the Force itself) he became something more than Sith. A new being. That is why he doesn't look like a Sith.

In the Jedi Knight storyline, you will have to defeat the Emperor, who takes another body when he is defeated. :D

Not quite true.

The JK defeats the Emperor's Voice, which is a vessel for the Emperor. The shock of the JK killing the Voice sends the Emperor's consciousness zooming back to his original body, which has been out side the known galaxy for quite some time now, which is severely weakened by the defeat.

The Emperor is now slowly gaining his strength back and gearing up for revenge.

Exactly.

As the SW, you release the Emperor's spirit from the current voice, a Voss, as part of your class quest. Servant One mentions they would be making preparations for a new host for the Voice. That is what you kill at the end of the JK storyline. In Revan, it says the Emperor was once a member of the original Sith race, but became something entirely different, and has pure black eyes.

There will be a patch or expansion where the emperor will return to known space.

I'm almost certain (as is most of my guild) that The Emperor will be the Arthas/Deathwing (AKA Overall ****** with sweet backstory and role that will eventually become a Raid boss) of TOR.

if you read the Revan novel, you will know that vitiate ( the emperors name), has black eyes since birth, and yes he was a sith pureblood. Not an Original sith mind you. The original sith they no longer exist, the Pureblood sith you see in game are hybrids of Sith and humans. But at this time they are the only genetic legacy from the sith thus for named purebloods, as they by genetic heritage are descendents of the original dark jedi and lords of the sith of old. Unless there is soem massassi still lying arround in yavin :D

The new book is total crap.

It was penned by a hack writer who never even knew about KOTOR until they cut him a check. He plays fast and lose with the facts and changes the plot of KOTOR (yes changes it) to fit his silly story.

I will strike down your heresy darthhavok, and your silly belief in Revan (the book). =)

Can't tell if trolling or serious....

Drew was part of the writing team for both KotOR, TSL, and TOR...

I think Revan is the emperor

You've been listening to the Revanites again, haven't you? There are instances where it is shown that Revan is not the Emperor:

Republic characters have a flashpoint to rescue Revan. Jedi Knights have a quest to kill the emperor, and I believe canonically, the empire is surviving by leaching off Revan's life force.

SW also have a class quest to find the Voice, as LS i was given the choice to speak with the real Emperor, who never reveals his name, but he is outside of the known regions of space, preparing for something that will make the squabbles with the republic "insignificant". But loosing his Voice will leave him drained and he will require time to recover.

Not sure how relevant that is to the topic at hand, Just wanted to put it out there case the LS SW is a rarity.

Alright let me tell you guys about Emperor Vitiate who is the current emperor of the sith in this time. He was a pureblooded sith that was born with the name Tenebrae on the planet Medriass. His family were simple farmfolk with no force sensitivity. He was strange however for when he was born he didnt even cry. As he got older he became stronger in the dark side. When his father discovered his powers, he questioned Vitiate's mother who revealed to him she had an affair with Dramath the ruling sith of the planet. Tenebrae with his anger killed his father for abusing his mother and tortured his mother for months until she died. After he killed his parents, he ordered all villagers to bow before him. When Dramath learned of his son's existance, he visited him and told him to bow down. Tenebrae refused and killed Dramath in a duel. He then became the ruler of Medriass. Marka Ragnos, who was dark lord at the time, was impressed and named him Lord Vitiate. Then came the Great Hyperspace War. Vitiate called all Dark lords to Medriass to perform a ritual to wipe out the republic. They foolishly came to Medriass only to be killed by Vitiate in the ritual which sucked all their powers into him and killing the entire planet of life. Then he led the rest of the sith away and declared himself emperor of the sith. The reason why he isnt pureblooded anymore is because he keeps using the body possession ritual that Darth Bane learned which is why he is "immortal". And you all know the rest. (I really did my research before writing this) If you want to verify this or learn more go to http://swtor.wikia.com/wiki/The_Emperor Edited by GragorArtis

No you don't get to kill the Emperor, nobody does (of current moment) and nobody knows how he looks like not even the dark council (current ones). The "person" you kill at the ending of the jedi Knight story line, is the voice of the emperor, and thus you do not kill the Emperor but only another persons body holding his spirit. However the emperor becomes weakened by the jedi knight, and is slowly regenerating his strength in one of the unknown planets far away from the playable galaxy.

A recent interview with the new lead writer [who wrote the JK story] implies that yes, the JK did kill the real Emperor. They just retconned so he 'did' that way they can move the story on.
