Mainly the 3 things I want are active members, a voice chat (mainly via discord) and generally just people who are fun to be around. We do have raid teams and we run group content regularly, but we also play SWTOR casually when we aren't raiding. We Have discord and most of our members are on for at least a few hours every night. Most of our guild members have been around since the game launched and have a decent amount of experience in almost everything the game has to offer.
