I saw in another post that someone thinks they should be tradable for certificates. This sounds like a good idea, or maybe just remove the "bound" status so I can give them to guildies/sell them on the GTN. Please address this minor but annoying issue since it is currently a wasted item roll for those that enjoy buying a large amount of these paks (more of a waste than Jawagrams...). Those you have to "earn," right? If that's true, then having them unbound defeats the purpose of having to "earn" them.
