I think it would be cool if you could reverse how you hold your lightsabers so they go out behind you instead of in front. What does everyone else think?

It would not look cool and all animations would have to be changed.

Considering the lack of manpower @ bioware I doubt that any changes like this are doable.

BW should act on this suggestion asap. Should be in the game with the next patch. It's tuesday, no?!

It would be cool if you could hold them in a reverse grip just like Starkiller

Does make any practical sense from a lore perspective unless you're using a shoto in the off-hand, and even then, the reverse grip is super rare.

 

From an animation and gameplay perspective? No thanks. Bigger fish to fry in the animation department imo. If you wanna see animations with reverse grip sabers, play Annihilation and just exclusively use Crippling Slash, Annihilate, and Rupture. All of those have reverse grip animations.

Sure, let's hold our Primary Weapons in the weakest, most inflexible and biomechanically unfeasible way.
