Raid Difficulties and Loot

It's all there, just in the wrong place.

It would seem more fitting if:

 

Normal Ops/4m Hardmodes:

Tionese and T1.

Tionese Commedations.

Easy enough for anyone to do.

 

Hard Mode OPS

Columi and T2.

Columi Commedations.

Much harder, but still for most who are willing to work for it.

 

Nightmare Mode

Rakata and T3.

Very few guilds on each server able to ever do. Nobody should be walking in and 1-shotting the zone on first attempt. (Which is happening now).

 

This way you keep everyone happy. Casuals get to see the whole game, story, and fights.

More aggressive players have something to hit their heads against. And the elite can bang their heads against trash cans and be happy if they kill a boss. Everyone will fill rewarded for their efforts.

 

It'd also make more sense if Normal and Hard shared a lockout, and Nightmare had its own. That way you could still gear up in Normal/Hard... and take a shot at Nightmare, and see if your progressing.

 

And possibly give more value to Crafting items, being that they won't be so easily replaced by way better.

No this further destroys PVE in the game since everyone (like they are doing now actually but with even more conviction) will be farming Champion gear instead of even bothering for Normal difficulty content. Result: Content skipped. guys who pvp their way to 50 and got no idea how PVE encounters work.
