Gornn Posted January 27, 2012 Share Posted January 27, 2012 They say "to be used on an incapped target" but the only two powers i have that would make sense are my flash grenade and dirty kick but neither of those allows me to headshot the target. Althire Posted January 27, 2012 Share Posted January 27, 2012 are you trying to use it in pvp or pve as I know the consular ability tumult which has the same tooltip (works on incapacitated targets) does not work in pvp and does not work on elite mobs Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Is there another power im missing? Thanks! Headshot and Cheapshot don't work in PvP. They also don't work on Boss or Champion NPC's.
