I know he is not in the base on Odessen but when I was playing and when we were attacking Arcanns forces Koth was fighting with the others, I heard his voice he said something during the fight, I never saw him I just heard his voice at one point during the fight, I know in the chat it said Koth Vortena: "We can take them".
