I would like to know if there is any plans on fixing the codex? I really enjoy the lore contained in it however a lot of the entries are bugged and do not work. Any info on this or input is appreciated.

I cannot imagine this isn't on their to-do list. I am sure they are just tied up with things to look at it currently (bugs that affect game-play take priority) but will get it down eventually. The fix is also going to be more complex, considering how many players already have passed areas and quests with broken entries - the decision of how they implement the fix might also be contributing to its delay.
