Hello, forgive me if I've posted this in the wrong forum but alas I am a new player.
So when I started playing the game everything worked and looked just fine but when I went to change the graphics from "very low" to "low" I get a blue tint to the game. Everything looked better but it all had a blue tint or hue or what have you. It's even in the character select screen. The game ran just fine but had this annoying "feature" lol. Alas, I am not a computer savant nor a computer proficient person. My knowledge goes as far as, "is that a computer...ok let's play." Now by buddy who is a computer guy said my laptop's "guts" are proficient for running this game but he didn't know what was wrong. I told him this through voice chat while playing, he never got a chance to look at what is going on. So after all that crap...any help lol thanks folks!

There is a technical support forum here: http://www.swtor.com/community/forumdisplay.php?f=11 and a troubleshooting guide here: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=498597

First thing to try is to exit the game. Then, find and delete your Bitraider folder in the following folder (quoted from Customer Service):
For 32 bit Operating Systems - C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\BioWare\Star Wars - The Old Republic\
For 64 bit Operating Systems - C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\BioWare\Star Wars - The Old Republic\
Finally, restart the launcher and have it re-verify your installation and download any missing files.

Please keep all technical support to that forum. This forum is for people to ask questions about the game like "How do I choose my Advanced Class?" or "What Crewskills should I take?"

The OP might not know if he has a 32- or 64-bit system.

OP: if you own a computer, it is in your best interests to learn as much as you can about how to use it and repair it.

If you do not know what version of Windows you have, try the 64-bit fix first. If you do not have a "C:/Program Files (x86)/", your system is 32-bit. ( "C:/Program Files (x86)/" stores 32-bit programs ["x86" architecture CPUs] on a 64-bit system)
