We’d like to thank everyone for your help troubleshooting the Launcher self-patching issues. We received information from several of you that has indicated a bad interaction with the Eset NOD32 anti-virus software. We’re working on several potential fixes for a future release of the Launcher.

If you are experiencing this issue and have NOD32 anti-virus installed, we recommend disabling this software for the duration of the Launcher patch and then re-enabling it immediately afterward. If you are experiencing this issue and are NOT running NOD32, please contact support and we will investigate.

The Devs
