Afraid so, you could try a VPN in the short term it may evade the problem area.

Edit - it looks like this is an international link and is UK - US Link

In yours the loss is on the above link and the following routers are reporting loss being carried forward due to that link.

Hi, since first maintenance of this week when event got implemented i started to have lag on Ilum and now its everywhere. It begins with 400ms to 18k ms. I am new on this game, started as f2p but after few days i went to subscriber. If this problem continues i am affraid i can pay a game where i cant play...

I hope the SWTOR team can fix this.

Leatrix ACK Latency fix: CHECK!
Open DNS running: CHECK!
BATTLEPING On: CHECK!
Scheduled tasks and updates disabled: CHECK!
Anti-Virus and Firewall software configured for SWTOR: CHECK!

Immediate latency and red 'x' of death: DOH!

No change, six months and counting now.

Sigh.

I hope this will be fixed soon. I've been a subscriber for quite some time, but there's not much point to paying a monthly fee if I can't play a good part of the time.
