When I try to launch the game, I receive a C7 error. I'm running the game on Windows 7 in BootCamp on a Mac. It looks like I have the PlatformInfo.dll file in the correct location. Could you take a look at my DxDiag info? Thanks for your help.

It appears you do not have a video card driver installed. Windows is using the standard vga adapter right now.

Have you tried running the Apple software update program?

If not I believe you have a ATI graphics card so you can go to the website for drivers. ATI has an auto detect and install app you can download if needed.

Hi Stoicraven,

You can find out how to get a dxdiag here:

Most of the time, if the computer is capable of running the game, then it's an issue with display drivers.

If you have run the repair on the launcher after login (lower left cog)

Then try a clean boot in case another program is conflicting.
