Severe Lag on Ebon Hawk Characters

I have several characters on Ebon Hawk and they have all been suffering Severe Lag spikes. They regularly fall to one bar or sometimes the dreaded red x...

The server lag will go as high as 30,000 MS, but then it will jump back to four bars and 65MS as if nothing had gone wrong. Other times I can't get it better than 100-200MS and I sit at 3 or 2 bars..

As a test, I've been running speed tests on speakeasy while the lag is bad, and I'm pulling 10-15 MBPS, so I don't think it's my ISP. I'm in the Kansas City Area using Time Warner Cable.

Please advise. I'm putting my traces below

May I please get a response on this. It is game breaking. I've been a loyal subscriber from day one hour one, and have funded the cartel market handsomely.

I'd like to think that money has gone to help pay for a response...

In all seriousness, I would really like to get this resolved.

I did some testing today. I got on early today in an attempt to check how my connection was during low volumes. I experienced little to no lag. As the server filled up. My lag would occur more often. I will continue my situational testing.

Additionally, the spikes are more often and worse in PvP Warzones.

However, I would appreciate acknowledgement of my issue from BioWare. I pay you for this service, and I'm doing all the work.

My interpretation is that the point of issue without seeing the reverse path is between hop 8 and 9 as this is the point packet loss stays consistant.

Which is on the link between XO Communications and Verizon Business

The ping increase between hop 9 and 10 is of concern but may be caused by the return path.

Is that a BioWare part of the connection? I'd love to get BW eyes on this, but they don't seem interested. Much less important posts were getting responses all day yesterday.

Bioware are connected via ANS Communications according to what I can see.
Forward path is all we can see and it is below

Hop 13 = Electronic Arts
Hops 12 = ANS Communications
Hop 11 = Verizon Business
Hop 10 = Verizon Business
Hop 9 = Verizon Business
Hop 8 = XO Communications
Hop 7 = Road Runner

So my slow down is in their connection to Verizon Business?

There is 6% packet loss on the forwarding path between hops 8 and 9, that is what it is telling me.

The ping increase between hop 9 and 10 is of concern but may be caused by the return path.
