Myself, as well as several guild members, are all subscribers and have been since pre-launch. However we have not received any cartel coins since the initial distribution of coins in November. We have contacted Customer Service by phone only to be put in queue for hours, and we have submitted multiple in-game tickets that have gone unanswered and/or ignored. It's been nearly 3 months since the launch of the Cartel Market and we have not seen our monthly rewarded coins. We are paying customers like many others, however we are not receiving the same benefits or and dangerously delayed on their delivery schedule. Please inform us by answering in-game tickets or forum threads so that we know if this is a bug that is being worked on and soon to be resolved. That's all we ask of this game and the people working to improve it.
