whats up bioware.. you used to reply to in game tickets by next day then suddenly i put in a ticket and wait more then a month for a automated reply?? im a subscriber and im sure there are alot more like me that are wondering where is the in game tech support? over a month for a reply to a ticket for tech support wth... makes me think i should cancel my subscription and just find something else to play.

Get used to it. Their "customer service" (talk about an oxymoron) has been in a free fall for a long time now. I stopped paying for the game. I cant even drag myself in to even log in anymore even for free. I just pop in here once in a while to see if they have addressed MY "customer service" issue from when I WAS paying yet. And the answer to that is "no".

Some one at Bioware should maybe figure out that their "customer service" department is costing them more money than they know.
