Afternoon all,

I don't really want to complain, but I post this ticket on the 31/12/12 and I still haven't had a response or even an update on it's progress. I appreciate the issue in question isn't a particularly urgent one (not game breaking) but then at the same time I don't think it would take particularly long to either give a yes or no and deal with it appropriately.

Also, I've seen people posting their ticket no's who've been waiting less time than me so I figured I'd jump on the bandwagon.

Any help you can offer is appreciated.
