I've now reset my modem, Reset my Router, Reset my User Interface, Defragmented my computer, Disk Clean up, Used a Game Booster. Hard Connected and not downloading anything. I have Comcast High speed cable internet.

http://www.speedtest.net/results.php?ria=0

I don't understand why I am staying below 2 bars on my connection and disconnecting 4 times during an Ops run. If it gets any worse I will not know what to do.

Greetings Highallday,

The first thing I would recommend would be to remove and re-add firewall and antivirus exceptions from SWTOR.exe and Launcher.exe. Also please ensure that the required ports have been opened on your router.

Please don't hesitate to come back to us if you have any further questions.

Thank you!

It's not our comps, internet, port or antivirus program so please stop giving the same trained responses you get through training. We are having serious server lag issues and there is serveral post on this and this is the only one you respond too? Please its not our equipment its yours so do something about it.

While this is all good advice it's not what needs to be done or is happening.

It's an issue with Comcast cable in the evening hours generally between 6pm and 1100pm. It doesn't happen every evening. It comes and goes. I had it 2 weeks ago and tonight it's back.

Basically my latency goes from 60ms to 120ms to 900ms then back to 60ms then to 65ms then shoots up to 900ms then goes back down to 60. It's all over the place.

During the day I get consistent 35ms with no fluctuation. I don't know what the cause is I get 60mps down and 30mps up.

I can fraps the fluctuation of the latency if needed.

I've followed all the posts here on fixing it, it's strange for a 5-6 months it was perfect. No issues. Then the past 3 days it's been a nightmare. I'm trying to play it off hopefully to the holidays with the issue. I can't even get on instance 2 of the pub fleet without hitting red bar every 60 seconds. I can't even play anything.
