Performed a Clean Boot per those instructions, same result.

I did a clean boot also and I still have the error.

In this case the best thing to do would be to send in a ticket by emailing support@swtor.com. When sending the email please include your LauncherDiag. Our technical team will look into the issue further.

Alright, I'm very happy to say I solved my problem. I went into compatibility for windows 7 and the patch downloaded. Is there anything I can do to tell customer service to disregard the ticket? Or can I close it some way?

Actually, I'm not even sure now if I submitted the ticket, I sent the email directly, not by using that site. Should I just not worry about them opening a ticket?
