No response to ticket

I've made an in-game ticket three days ago, as of yet i still din't get a response. Is the ticket service broken or is customer service this slow?

Don't worry it usually takes a week for them to send a response saying they can't help and to call phone service.

Then you call phone service and they sit you on hold for 5hrs before disconnecting you.

Then you file a ticket and wait another week for them to tell you to call-----wait I think you see a pattern here.

Welcome to the nightmare that is Bioware customer service.
