I have been experiencing this problem as well after returning a couple of weeks ago. I have run the Black Talon twice on different characters and it has crashed both times after selecting the lightspeed jump destination. I don't remember this happening the first time I played before the F2P option.

Some people are like a Slinky. Not really good for anything but they bring a smile to your face when pushed down the stairs.

A similar issue has been reported by some players when running the Esseles flashpoint (Republic equivalent to BT). The workaround I've is to immediately start spamming the spacebar once your selection is made, so as to bypass the "jump to lightspeed" graphics in the convo. It seems to work most of the time, but not always.

In addition to the workaround Adric posted, another one that might help is to tab to desktop before the offending cutscene plays. Then when it has completed, tab back.

Thanks, and sorry for the inconvenience caused by this issue.
