I'm just wondering where can you go to utilise your "Get one Character, Guild, or Legacy name change per month" by being a subscriber as said on the website.

Greetings Shattered_Sun and PoliteAssasin,

The name change services are not yet available.

As soon as we have an ETA for them to share we will let you know.

Thanks!

The standard answer of "no ETA" is not good enough here.

If a company advertises something as part of a paid-for good or service, that part of the service had better be available at the time of purchase. People base their buying decisions on what companies tell them - and shenanigans like this are why there are consumer protection laws against fraud and false advertising.

This isn't like a promise from a Dev or the head of a department promising new warzones are coming soon, this is a stated part of a package you're selling that you now can't deliver upon request.

Yuck. Couldn't you at least have labeled that "coming soon" so people didn't resub to get it and then find it's not there yet? Frankly in my multiple server "transfers" and "consolidations", I got stuck with some dreadful names. Considering this is the only way to get renames currently, I'm guessing some people went and subbed for this month JUST for that. 14.99 is expensive for a rename you don't even get...

Wow, here is a blatant example of fraud and willful intent to deceive - what state is the company based? A complaint needs to be forwarded to the appropriate legal office and consumer protection agency there ... Bioware, shame on you (again) ... these are kinds of things that people will remember about a company that promises things and doesn't deliver.

That is wrong that they market it but don't label it as coming soon. They make it seem as of all subscribers get it as of 1.5.
