Im having same issue with Jedi Covanat server and also it is taking forever for the login screen to go off the sign in part

What we are asking for is Bioware to say we checked our equipment and we think its "blah blah company", however blah blah is closed on the weekend and we can't contact them until Monday. That would be a very reasonable explanation for me. I mean, anything would be nice to know. Hell, I would settle for "our best engineering is gone this weekend and he'll be back Monday".

Thank you all for taking the time to post about the latency/lag issues you have experienced in the last few days. Some of you have already posted pathpings and tracerts, which is greatly appreciated but we require some more from those of you that haven't posted them, in order to get a better view on what is happening.

If you are unsure on how to do this you can find the details on how to perform the pathping and tracert here.

Please also include your location, ISP and server that you are encountering this issue on.

Yes day three for me as well and I have done the following, in different combinations

Antivirus - disabled, uninstalled
Modem, Router - Restarted both, Removed router from the connection, etc etc
Game - I have repaired the launcher, reinstalled the game completely

I tried running a random HM FP last night and there were times where my lag would be so bad the group would do 2 pulls without me

Until Friday lag was never an issue unless it was lag that hit everyone, on Friday the problem started and it has not been remediated since then. I have 2 accounts and neither of them are playable at the moment. Kind of making me wonder why I am keeping my subs active now since no response that they are looking into it.

Since Friday, I began getting hit with the massive latency spikes and the red x in the latency indicator. It happened only once Friday, but began to happen more frequently yesterday, until I could no longer do anything in game. Now today, I cannot even load into game.

It starts with the launcher saying the login service is unavailable, if I manage to get past that, it takes forever to get to the character select screen. When I was finally able to get to character select once, I tried loading into a character, and got stuck in a loading screen that finally timed out after about 10 minutes.

The one thing that is really odd, is that if I switch to another server, I can create and load a character without an issue. My main server is The Shadowlands, I am in eastern Canada and my ISP is Bell Aliant.

My wife also plays and she began experiencing the latency issues yesterday as well. I have cycled our router and modem, our connection tests through the roof through speed tests (we have fiber op). I have done the dns flush and released and renewed IP's. Not sure what else to try, or if anyone else is experiencing similar issues.

Tirvaak, in defense of those that haven't posted pathpings or tracerts, Beesodd didn't ask us to post that info, just post our server, location, and ISP. So not everyone knew to post tracerts and pathpings. I mean 3 days and NOW you guys ask for that info? So, whats been done on this issue the past 3 days?

Game is unplayable, no it is not my connection, or my internet or my computer, I have been streaming movies and spamming Youtube all weekend with no issues. gonna have to find something else to play (lights are on!)

I am so Glad Bioware laid off all its employees and that your IT staff no longer resolve issues on weekends.

I say that cause that has got to be the truth to why this is a 3 day issue now, poor mods left holding the bag.
