I just want to say, OMGPLSFIX.

Not the first time it has happened to me, though this time I actually had the heroic selected and I am 100% sure of it.

Sadly we are unable to assist with in-game issues of this nature via the Forum. Due to this I would ask that you please contact Customer Service either via email or the in-game support system. Please make sure you include as many of the following details as you are able to and one of our Customer Service Representatives will help you out as soon as possible:
  • Server (ie Cosmic Turbine / Darth Malak)
  • Character Name
  • Character Level / Class / Advanced class
  • Mission Name / Stage
  • Detailed description of the issue

I contacted CS in game last time this happened (about 2 weeks ago) and they were unable to assist asside from filing a bug about it, which I have done now again.
