Since 1.2 patch, my latency has increased from always being reliable to being unbearable to ops, pvp, anything that requires me to sit and cast, push buttons. The delay is server response just seems to get worse.

Running a speed test, I am still achieving the promised download and upload speeds provided by my ISP. I have turned off my firewall, virus protector and still the game is having major latency problems. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Firstly let me ask that you connect your machine directly with a cable rather than via Wi-Fi if possible.

It may be helpful to you to go through those steps and perform any of the relevant ones.

Thanks for getting back to me.

The one thing I forgot, refreshed by the link you supplied, was the power-cycling ( power down, power up ) of my modem and router. Being IT savvy, it amazes me that I forgot that simple trick, and appears to be a solution. Silly me. Once again, thanks for the quick reply.
