All it takes is someone to read the damn thing before going out. If I or one of my team members let something like this go out to our customers with our products I would be raked over the coals... It's just plain bad QA which is all over this product. It's a freakin' patch note, not newly implemented health insurance policy information or tax laws or a letter from the Chinese government about how to adopt a baby girl.
