this isnt my problem someone in game recently became a subscriber and cant make a thread so hopefully they can post on this one and explain whats wrong.

 

[Edit] okay so the dude cant post on the thread either but has told me that he paid fr a sub and hasnt recived any benefits from it and has had the money taken out of his account to pay for a sub he doesnt have his characters name is Zagorth. if a member of support could possibly find a way to talk to him it would be greatly appreciated.
