AlexDougherty
In Kotor2 was there any way of awakening the force in Mandalore? I only ask since I managed with all the others (excluding the Droids since they aren't alive), and this has been bugging me.
ExileZab
Nope, Canderous is not force sensitive.

Captain_Zone
^Because the Force is Canderous sensitive! No, the Force is Kyle Katarn sensitive. The Force is SCARED of Canderous Ordo.
OldVengeance
Which one of those two things is supposed to be a bigger complement?
YoshiRaphElan
Probably intended to be Kyle...but IMO the Canderous thing was a bigger compliment. I mean, the Force being scared of 'im?
AlexDougherty
Thanks, I take it that the mandalorian character of Kotor2 is not force awakenable. However I have to point out that Canderous Ordo is from Kotor not Kotor2, that character has assumed the name Mandalore, which is why you go around recruiting mandalorians. Then you haven't done all your dialog work right... because Canderous Ordo IS the Mandalore.
AlexDougherty
Then you haven't done all your dialog work right... because Canderous Ordo IS the Mandalore. But Mandalore refers to Canderous as another person, and Canderous is supposed to acting as a general for the Republics ground forces during Kotor2. ExileZab
Nope, Canderous is the Mandalore in KotOR 2. There's several references made in direct correlation to Mandalore having traveled with Revan on the Ebon Hawk.
OldVengeance
He also is clearly voiced by the same person giving effectively the same performance. Edited October 28, 2012 by OldVengeance

Lithy
The book 'Revan' even tells the story of how Canderous became Mandalore
seekerofpower
There is also an unused texture in the game of Mandalore with his helmet off and it is Canderous with a beard. http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/File:Mandalorenohelmet.jpg
Gaeriel_Averrod
There is also an unused texture in the game of Mandalore with his helmet off and it is Canderous with a beard. http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/File:Mandalorenohelmet.jpg Which I always thought was ridiculous. Who wants hair on your face when you wear a helmet all the time?
Captain_Zone
Probably intended to be Kyle...but IMO the Canderous thing was a bigger compliment. I mean, the Force being scared of 'im? It was meant to show that both are Ultimate Bad***es. Kyle is the Ultimate Good Guy, while Canderous is the Ultimate Hardcore Guy. I know it showed Canderous/Mandalore as being 100% Dark Side in the KotOR games on his character sheet, but he was actually pretty grey as far as his character went. He was down with being good or evil, as long as you let him prove his honor and worth on the battlefield.
