The friend I referred actually subbed so I could get the bonus coins and speeder, I feel cheated as this is false advertising. Dysehunter Posted August 22, 2013 Author Share Posted August 22, 2013 (edited) I actually got a reply, My problem has been moved to a "Specialist team" which is Bioware/EA customer services code for "We can't be bothered to actually help you right now so we will just use a copy and paste answer and if we feel like it get back to you in a few weeks". I've had some bad customer support experiences with some other MMO's but this one has to be the worst so far. Dysehunter Posted August 30, 2013 Author Share Posted August 30, 2013 I got another "We are working on the problem" reply, That's nearly 2 weeks now, If this isn't sorted out before my account gets renewed I will cancel my sub and the other account that I referred will be cancelled. Sounds whiney I know but when a company advertises something and doesn't deliver it's called false advertising and you have the god given right to be annoyed at said company for lack of advertised service. Dysehunter Posted September 3, 2013 Author Share Posted September 3, 2013 The person I referred actually cancelled his sub yesterday and went back to WoW, Not just because we both didn't get the bonus items that were advertised but because he was getting horrendous lag and all manner of other problems, He's also an EU player on a US server.
