Now the hood just sits on the chest piece, but even toggling the headgear off wont lift the hood up. What's up with that? Anyone else notice it? Apparently the change wasn't even in the release notes...just took it away. Kind of lame, hoods made the IA (both OP and Sniper) look awesome.
