why is it on my sniper i made months ago i need about 750 points to get to rank 2. But when i make a new character i only need something like 10 points.

Assuming this is just referring to social points. I know they changed social points after release in that you used to have to work a while to even get to Social I and couldn't complete the newbie quest for social points. Now essentially you get to Social I right away and can complete the quest. It sounds like it's something that stuck with the character rather than being updated. If they are definitely different you could submit a ticket.

You need 10 points to get to 1 on a new character. 750 points after that to get to2.
