Nicoae
Hello forums, I hear many wonderful things about this skill and I've put points into the skills that supposedly improve it, however I was wondering (after google utterly failed me), what, if any, stats also improve the Barrier? At a guess, if any do, I'm thinking Willpower, but an answer from more experienced inquisitors would be most helpful.
Giondi
It's modified by your Force Healing Bonus, which comes from Willpower and Power.

hatterson
To put the numbers in plain English. If the tank doesn't have the static barrier debuff on him, you should bubble him, plain and simple
Yaanos
Also, it's a good idea to use the 2-set bonus from the old Sorc PvP healing gear (reduces the duration of static barrier debuff by 3 seconds). This is the old style (i.e. not war hero) set bonus where the bonus is attached to the gear, not the armoring. Just rip the PvP item mods out and put your PvE ones in (although don't put black hole campaign armorings in, as these will overwrite the PVP set bonus). I'm currently using PvE Campaign gloves and legs armorings, with PvP chest and boots filled with PvE item mods, so I get the decreased cool-down of innervate and the reduced static barrier debuff. IMO the extra 50 force from the 4-set PvE bonus is useless once you've have learnt how to manage your force as a corruption sorc
Vletts
This lock-out, is it only for self casts (meaning casting on yourself) or does it apply to the casting of the ability period? I am thinking the first, else they would have just said the reduced cooldown on it. If it's for self only this would be great PVP, but actually not very useful in PVE OPs (i am thinking)

So weither you apply it to yourself or to another does not impact that set bonus.
