Urael
I have played since launch and only entered 60 day time cards and I have 0 cartel coins. Why? I would directly PM, Allison and Joveth about that. You are as much a "subscriber" in terms of monies spent as we who sub with a credit card. If you had continuously maintained your account you should get all that time in cartel coins.
Drudenfusz
I can't see how much cartal coins I would have at moment, but since I also use only time cards I hope that this is just an error and they will look into it.
ProsaicProse
I would guess this is an error at the moment - I'm getting the same thing, despite having bought game time cards since December. If it isn't an error, I'm not going to be happy.
Rankyn
Probably just a bug in the system. Don't sweat it.
Apaolo
Probably just a bug in the system. I find this...to be believable.
sleepr
It's just a bug, in the F2P FAQ it says that you get cartel coins from game cards too.
Lord_Ravenhurst
It's just a bug, in the F2P FAQ it says that you get cartel coins from game cards too. Well I CERTAINLY hope so, because the fineprint on the rewards program said so .
Urael
Well I CERTAINLY hope so, because the fineprint on the rewards program said so . *jedi finger wiggle* ... these are not the cartel coins you seek ... ... move along ...
mphill
Probably just a bug. When I go to check mine it tells me that I need to set up a sub to qualify. I've had one since pre-launch. Go to my account page and it says that I have a sub.
itsmymillertime
I hope its a bug and the devs see this thread and will look into it. Edited October 16, 2012 by itsmymillertime
mitchsts
i played in all of the betas, and since launch. 90 day recurring subscription, and it says i don't get any. in fact, on the cartel coin page, it doesn't even say im subscribed. Valethar
I have played since launch and only entered 60 day time cards and I have 0 cartel coins. Why? Very few people are seeing any cartel coins when they check, and those that do are saying the total is incorrect. Most of the time the system thinks we don't have a valid subscription and directs us to the subscription options. Probably safe to say the failed to test this before it was released. Shouldn't be much of a surprise since they don't test patches either.
Urael
I hope its a bug and the devs see this post and will look into it. Most likely is a bug. And the "web team" will be looking into it. "The Devs" are buisy scrambling to fix whatever caused extended maintenance for the impending "Thursday" maintentance ... *peers into the scrying glass*. Primedeus
Probably just a bug. When I go to check mine it tells me that I need to set up a sub to qualify. I've had one since pre-launch. Go to my account page and it says that I have a sub. I'm having the exact same problem. I've had a sub since launch and it shows 0 coins and directs me to subscribe. Another bug to add to the list I guess.
DPCummerbund
I've paid mostly via time cards, with a few credit card subscriptions, but I'm showing full credits for all my months. So yes, you should be getting your coins, and it's just a bug.
Stenrik
If this is a policy and not just some bug, that is really bad business. You pay for the time, you get the coins. Make it simple, guys.

vishino
I used time cards up until a few months ago when I finally decided to add my credit card. It shows that I'll be getting 1600 coins.

LadyRaven
I have played since launch and only entered 60 day time cards and I have 0 cartel coins. Why? It must be a bug. I use time cards too and I have coins listed.
djmothra
I too have been a 60day card subscriber from launch (ok, about 2 weeks after launch) and I am going to be granted 1300cc's - I'm sure they'll get round to sorting it all out for you...if not, then, Customer service is your best bet. Negranit
I'm sure it's a bug. Like others, I've used a game time card from the start and have my cartel coins. Just relax, I'm sure Bioware will sort it...

Uluain
I have played since launch and only entered 60 day time cards and I have 0 cartel coins. Why? That must be an error, as I only pay by cash card and I have 1,300 cartel coins (my account lapsed for a few months this Summer). Contact customer support with this.
