ChaosCalling Posted January 18, 2013 Share Posted January 18, 2013 A friend ended up with the Lookout's Jacket from Hammer Station. It came as bound, but has a bind timer of a little over an hour. I know this piece was originally BoP, but the timer makes me wonder. I haven't seen anything that said they changed the BoP but thought I'd check in case I missed it. Is the bind timer just a bug?
