That is interesting because CS has been the ones to fix it in the past. I post to this very thread several times. It was fixed before, so now it can not?
It would be different if this was my first time dealing with this. I would really appreciate the matter looked into. I have been very patient. I don't think it too much to ask someone on your end to look into the matter. Other CS staff members have.
