Let's see call customer service:

1. since the cartel issue reported by many, many people started, the phone service has no toll free numbers. strange result don't you think?

2. many, many peeps have reported being on-line waiting for a pick-up of the phone, listening to the same music, over and over again, for HOURS.

3. Many have reported being hung up on after their interminable wait...

4. Many have reported no help at the first level, but when referred to the next level, being told that the next level was not "in" and to call back at some ludicrous hour(to wait AGAIN).

Referral to phone customer service is a slap in the face of your customers. Tell your bosses that we aren't buying it.

We know you are just the messenger, we'd like to know the name of the sorry excuse for a manager who came up with the "blame the customers" for this horrendous service.
