Then why don't you hire more people.
You have used that excuse for the last 2-3 months. (maybe less, but I have seen that excuse a lot)

You're customer support has the worst rep I have ever heard of, and honestly, as a company that is something you should be quite ashamed of and be working on to better.
So will you work to better it, or are you guys happy with how it is?
