What is the reasoning behind the 5 day countdown before being able to trade items obtained from the Cartel Market the market mystery boxes? The Market itself encourages gift giving ("Makes a great gift for another player!"), but having to wait 5 days to be able to do that makes it a lot harder and less meaningful to do.

Why is the armor obtained from the Market & mystery boxes not bind to legacy? It seems a step backward in regards to giving players choices and flexibility.
