I also did a help request in game, a protocol droid asked for me to respond and attach my dxdiag and logs, but closed the ticket. That is very frustrating and extremely rude. As you can see from my dxdiag, my system more than meets the minimum requirements. I have run repair on the launcher. I have insured that I have all windows updates and that my video driver is up to date.
