You DO understand this is prime-time for Europe players, and we AGAIN will lose one day of subscription, this is certainly not the first time. Cooldowns again messed up. But I would like to add two more things, "view schematics" option on other char doesn't work, cooldown on Heroic Moment is now of 18min instead of 15min.

Server Red Eclipse EU here. Legacy titles greyed out as well BUT sometimes they are working for 1-2h with all titles available then again starts to be grey out. Most people in my guild have same problem.

Decisions change over time as game evolves I agree with you but for me personally changing adv class without any cd would break game immersion althou as I said I agree with you. Well CC market is here and there is no going back, with new tauntaun mount i think price would be around 3000cc . Personally I think 1000c as fair price but I don't see them putting that low price for this kind of service anymore. Offering this kind of service without cd , may give richer people advantage and little p2w , althou that is already present with cc market (even so you can buy most stuff on gtn).

Honestly I don't want to get in troll/bot war with you, but wrecking someone game this is not, I have 17 chars atm , playing since closed beta, example I have 3xJuggs on 55, I don't see a reason not to allow someone to change their adv class , in this example from Jug>Mara, at least once per char. In short, example, when going to pvp everybody can switch to juggs , after wzs they just switch to maras. That would kinda kill immersion a little imo. Also with new patch notes and class changes if some adv class get update we can expect, if CD is short, most ppl changing their adv class until their original isn't buff/fixes or something else etc etc Imo give adv class change but with consequences, so people don't do it on a whim , they need to be sure they really want to change their adv class and play with it for a long time (for example six months) without opportunitie to switch back before cd.

JC>SW is class change not advance class change. Advance class change is, Sage->Shadow ; Jugg->Mara ; Operative->Sniper etc etc But because of game balance it definitely need to be on cooldown, like six months CD or something.

+1 for advance class change honestly, give one advance class change per char every 3-6 months for cartel coins and thats that

Problem is , downtime was from 12:00 - 22:00h during prime time in Europe (central european time - cet). I understand reason for downtime but I really hope you give something to European players , US players may not be affected much but EU lost the whole day, basically one day of sub time.

Honestly what you have to investigate , you play the game , mailbox doesn't work, you get log off by system , you log on , you see your char in place where he was 4h ago with progress he had 4h ago.

After f2p and cartel market I gave up. But at least be civil and make CE armor bound to legacy and make items on CE vendor like 50-75% cheaper. Most of the items , including the armor are meh but still it would be a nice move , because def we will not see any update to CE vendor. Plus maybe some special CE speeder
